Written Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3:00 pm MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, first night plus taxes and fees are non refundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3:00 pm MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 fee. Reservations cancelled after 3:00 pm MT within 14 days of arrival date are subject to nonrefundable one night plus taxes and fees. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Written Deposit Policy

Equivalent of one night rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival will automatically be charged to your credit card 7 days before arrival.
